A difficult conversations is a conversation where you have to
manage emotions and information in a sensitive way.

We’ll inevitably have difficult conversations with members of our teams at some point. We all know what it feels like to have to raise a difficult or sensitive topic or confront a person who is dismissive or reluctant to discuss matters. It’s just awkward!
